ck89 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Platform Use in Bangladesh

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that access to and use of the ck89 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ck89 makes no representation that the platform is legal or appropriate for use in all locations. If you access the platform from a Prohibited Territory, you do so at your own risk and ck89 reserves the right to restrict or terminate your Account without prior notice and without liability.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the ck89 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. ck89 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void all associated wagers, and permanently ban the User from the platform.

2.4 No Employee Accounts. Employees, contractors, directors and agents of ck89, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not permitted to register or hold an Account on the platform.

3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money gaming and betting services on ck89, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted during sign-up. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated in your Account profile is truthful, accurate and not misleading. 3.6 Account Currency. All Account balances on ck89 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion may apply where a User deposits via a method that operates in a different denomination; applicable conversion rates will be disclosed at the time of transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. 5.5 Abuse and Fraud. ck89 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from bonus play where ck89 determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a User has: (a) registered multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses; (b) exploited a promotional offer in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose; (c) colluded with other Users; or (d) used any form of automated betting strategy designed to extract guaranteed profit from bonus offers.

5.6 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a User's Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active and subject to uncompleted wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the pre-existing bonus.

6.1 Placement and Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until ck89's system has accepted and recorded it. 10.1 Ownership. All content on the ck89 platform — including but not limited to the ck89 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, user interface elements, game content licensed from providers, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to ck89 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited Licence. ck89 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms & Conditions. 10.3 Third-Party Content. To the extent that ck89 is found liable to a User for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform, ck89's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total real money funds deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Force Majeure. ck89 shall not be in breach of these Terms and shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure event. ck89 will use reasonable endeavours to resume normal service as soon as reasonably practicable following a Force Majeure event.

12.1 Closure by User. You may request the closure of your ck89 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus-related obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding investigations pending.

Real Money Funds, if any, will be returned as described in Clause 12.1, subject to any deductions lawfully made by ck89 in respect of outstanding obligations, charges or recoveries.

13.1 Right to Amend. ck89 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the ck89 platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. 14.1 Governing Law. 14.3 Escalation.
